The state of Minnesota is divided into 7 sections for this statewide shop hop.
Visit all 13 shops in the SE section and recieve 20 half yard cuts of black and white fabrics.
Moda has designed a special fabric for this years shop hop. this special winter themed fabric will only be availabe for a limited time.
