Event Description:
July 25 and 26 between 10:00 and 3:30 the Lake City Yacht Club is sponsoring its 18th annual ?Go Sailing for Leukemia? event at the LC Marina and is inviting you to take a 1.5 hour sail to learn or just enjoy the sport. The event is co-sponsored by the Leukemia Society of America and the Lake City Yacht Club. All proceeds from the event go to the Leukemia Society in its on-going battle to defeat the disease. Suggested donation is $20 per adult and $15 per child. You may register by calling the Lake City Marina prior to July 25, at 1-651-345-4211 or by registering online at www.lakecityyachtclub.com. Pre-registration is not required, you are welcome to stop by the sailboat marina and schedule your ride the day of the event.
