Lake City First Lutheran Church Wellness Ministry Team is sponsoring a Tai Chi Class at Villa Maria in Frontenac Saturdays, Jan 8 - Feb. 12, 9am-10am.
Tai Chi is one of the major practices of traditional Chinese medicine. The class will include centering meditation, warm up exercises and instruction in the 12 movement form. Class is taught by Patty Svien, who received training and certification to teach "Tai Chi for Arthritis" through Normandale Community College.
