Rhea Kontos, a trainer for the Great Lake Nordic Walking group will be in Lake City to train participants in the correct technique to maximize benefits from Nordic Walking.  She will bring poles for all particpants to use during the clinic and will have poles for sale if anyone is interested in obtaining poles.

All community members are invited to participate and need  to register for the clinic at Treats and Treasure  on Washington Streeet prior to the event. Sign up deadline is July 17th.  There is a $5.00 fee which must be paid at the time of registration.  The minimun number of particpants to run the class is 8 with a maximum of 15 particpants.  If there is enough interest an earlier session at 4:30 pm will be offered.
