Kathy Halvorson\, the first female warden of Minnesota Correctional Facility-Red Wing will offer an interesting and informative presentation about the evolution of this historic facility and women's role in the corrections profession.\n\n \n\nThis fascinating presentation\, including a question and answer format\, will be held in Lake City at 7pm in the 2nd floor Council Chambers of the City Hall. Admission is free\, and refreshments will be served.
